Johns of Glickman Kovago & Company sells laundromat business for $199,900
Jenn-Exis LLC of Worcester purchased Tatnuck Laundry and Dry Cleaners for $199,900. Jenn-Exis will occupy the 2,000 s/f laundromat business at 644 Chandler. It will continue to offer coin opp, wash fold and dry services, dry cleaning and tailoring.
Mark Johns, vice president of Glickman Kovago & Co., represented both sides in the business sale transaction.
