Hasbro, Inc. has appointed Jones Lang LaSalle as the exclusive property manager for their new U.S. sales and marketing headquarters at One Hasbro Place. The six-story 135,908 s/f first class office center underwent an extensive capital improvements program. The building is owned by Inland Diversified Real Estate Trust, Inc.
The mid-rise has been totally redeveloped as a single occupant work environment. Design features include: presentation rooms on the first floor, an employee cafeteria, a fitness center, and an underground parking garage for 50 vehicles. The architect is Bargmann Hendrie + Archetype, Inc. (BH+A).
"We are excited about Jones Lang LaSalle managing our Providence facility. They have a great team on the ground and they have been extremely responsive," said Hasbro director of corporate real estate facilities Homy Eslamy.
Jones Lang LaSalle regional director Brian Barriero is "honored to have been selected by Hasbro as their third party property manager. This is a wonderful facility and we are looking forward to managing it for them." Joining Barriero on the property management team is senior vice president Dan Ozelius.
One Hasbro Place is located in LaSalle Square off of I-95. It is across from the Dunkin' Donuts Center and Rhode Island Convention Center. The building was formerly occupied by Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Rhode Island.
