A.W. Perry, Inc. appoints Maloney senior vice president and managing director of acquisitions

A.W. Perry, Inc. appointed Robert Maloney as senior vice president and managing director of acquisitions. In this role Maloney will run the acquisitions and capital relationship effort on behalf of the company. Maloney has spent 25 years as a real estate investment and development executive, most recently as an advisor to real estate investment clients in the industrial, hotel and solar development sectors. Maloney was previously executive vice president of acquisitions and development with Gale International, and, prior to that position, was a partner with Cathartes Investments. Maloney also worked in institutional real estate investment with Copley Real Estate Advisors and AEW Capital Management. John (Jack) Spurr, Jr, president of A. W. Perry said, "Our management team is pleased to welcome Bob on board. His experience, reputation and contacts in the industry and his enthusiasm for his new position make him a valuable addition to our team as we seek to form ventures with third party equity providers." Maloney said, "I'm excited to be joining a firm with as long a track record of success and accomplishment as A. W. Perry's. For the first time in the Company's history, it is embarking on a program to acquire and develop assets with joint venture capital partners, and I'm honored that my colleagues here at A. W.
