Joel Aho of O'Brien Commercial Properties recently represented 22 Bryan Way Realty Trust in the sale of 6 Bryan Way. The 5,050 s/f building is situated on approximately one acre of land and offers city water, sewer and gas. It was originally designed and built for the seller's previous landscape business and will now be used by the new owner as a woodworking shop.
The sale price was $450,000.
