Shair of M&J Associates leases 1,025 s/f to LuxeSmile at The Shops At Ocean's Gate
According to Mark Shair, president of M&J Associates, Dedham, LuxeSmile has opened at The Shops At Ocean's Gate. The 40,000 s/f shopping center is located at the corner of Ocean St. - Rte. 139 and Webster St. in downtown Marshfield.
LuxeSmile occupies 1,025 s/f and is located facing Ocean St. It is a teeth whitening salon. The Marshfield salon is the first to open in New England. Additional units are planned in selected markets. According to Shair, "LuxeSmile is a perfect complement to Elizabeth Grady which is located in adjacent space."
The development team includes the developer, Diamond/Sinacori LLC; architect, Utile, Inc.; general contractor, CB Construction Co.; lender, Century Bank; and exclusive leasing agent, M&J Associates, Inc.
