Aho Properties LLC, reps Assabet Nominee Trust in $525,000 purchase
Concord, MA Joel Aho, president of Aho Properties LLC, represented Assabet Nominee Trust in the purchase of 2194 Main St., for $525,000. The property is 1.3 acres with a 2,350 s/f office building currently on the site. The buyer plans to redevelop the lot and build two residential homes at the location.
