Metro II - Warwick, RI

Metro II, Albany Road's trophy office building, has earned the nationally recognized Energy Star designation from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) for a third time, according to Alan Lussier, commercial property manager for Dimeo Properties, the marketing and managing agent for the building.
Metro II, a 150,000 s/f office building is located on 12 landscaped acres overlooking a 25-acre pond. The building is the largest multi-tenant office building located in close proximity to the T.F. Green Airport. Metro II features two buildings connected by a three-story atrium. The four-story Building A was built in 1985 while the three-story Building B was completed in 1997.
The contemporary structure includes a handsome brick façade with tinted, thermo pane punched windows. Due to the flexible design of the building, it can accommodate tenants from 50,000 s/f to as small as 2,000 s/f. Also, Metro II includes a 5,000 s/f full service cafeteria with an outdoor eating area, cooking on-site and catering services which are managed by Eurest Dining Services. Metro II is easily accessible by car, plane or train; the building is directly adjacent to Interstate Rte. 95, and also about ½ mile from the Providence airport and the MBTA Interlink train station.
In 2010, Metro II first earned the nationally recognized Energy Star designation from the U.S. EPA. The designation signifies that the property meets strict energy performance standards set by the EPA and uses less energy, is less expensive to operate, and causes fewer greenhouse gas emissions than its peers.
