PrimeArray Systems transfers ownership
According to CenterPoint Business Advisors, Inc., the sale of PrimeArray Systems, Inc., a privately held corporation, owned by Willard Rice, to Prime Array Acquisition Corp, led by Paul Brassil and John Gallagher.
Raymond Pucci, at the Lexington, MA office of CenterPoint Business Advisors represented PrimeArray Systems, Inc.
