Alvarado and Berger of Parsons Commercial Group, Inc. complete 26,700 s/f lease

Marci Alvarado, vice president and Alex Berger, associate at Parsons Commercial Group, Inc. completed a 26,700 s/f lease at 295 Foster St. The property, which was purchased by Ferris Development Group last fall, has undergone significant improvements and there has been a lot of interest from prospective tenants. DCS Corp. has leased 26,700 s/f on a portion of both the first and second floors of the building. DCS provides advanced technology and management solutions to government agencies in the national security sector. The company will be consolidating two of their existing facilities in Mass. at 295 Foster St. where they can support a combination of their office and R&D space needs. "Ferris Development Group's flexibility and ability to provide a tenant with a full service approach was critical to getting the deal done. The building also represents one of the best values along 495 today. The tenant was attracted to the property because it has easy access to both Rte. 2 and Rte. 495. Additionally, the recent renovations in the building have enhanced the look and feel of the property, without sacrificing the value it represents," said Alvarado. Parsons Commercial Group represented the owner, while Rob Nahigian of Auburndale Realty and Damon Rothman of The Ezra Company represented the tenant.
