Alvarado of SVN | Parsons Commercial Group sells 70 Industrial Ave. East, in Lowell, MA for $2.875m

Lowell, MA SVN | Parsons Commercial Group | Boston, a full-service commercial real estate brokerage firm and part of the SVN brand, completed the sale of a 44,472 s/f building on 2.48 acres at 70 Industrial Ave. East, for $2.875 million. Senior real estate advisor, Marci Alvarado of SVN | Parsons represented the seller, Pagson, LLC, and procured the buyer, 4th Corner, LLC. 

Alvarado said, “Despite the ongoing pandemic the strength of the industrial property investment market in the Greater Boston area is evident especially for well located assets. The new owners, with the assistance of our brokerage firm, are planning to lease out the vacant space which is approximately 38,000 s/f that offers a mix of office and R&D type space. The property is well suited for a medical device or lab company, testing facility, light manufacturing operation, and many other types of businesses. The property features easy access to major highways, plenty of parking and will offer incoming tenants the benefits of a local hands-on owner.”
