Andover MCB and Eastport Real Estate sign 23,271 s/f in leases at New England Business Center

Andover, MA On behalf of Andover MCB, LLC and Eastport Real Estate Services, CBRE/New England completed eight leases totaling 23,271 s/f of office space at New England Business Center (NEBC). Coupled with the new leases, a 20,000 s/f amenity center scheduled for delivery in 2018, this leasing activity further advances the property as a premier office center north of Boston. 

At 10 NEBC, Meadowbrook Insurance Agency, a full-service risk management organization, represented by Joe Doyle from Cresa, relocated to 3,776 s/f; Beyond Health Care renewed in 3,768 s/f; Manpower signed an extension for 1,371 s/f; NECC Corp., a facility services company, represented by Ken Oppenheim from Lincoln Property Company, leased 1,997 s/f; and SNI Companies, a top 100 U.S. staffing company, leased 1,788 s/f. 

At 35 NEBC, Encompass Home Health, a clinical home health services company, represented by Virginia Kerrigan from Avison Young, leased 5,072 s/f; The Staffing Group re-upped for 3,356 s/f; and Proactis, also represented by Oppenheim, renewed for 2,143 s/f.

NEBC is a four building, 242,000 s/f master-planned office park. The park encompasses 42 acres of land and features views of the Merrimack River and a natural wooded surrounding. The park is situated at the junction of I-93 and River Rd. and is just minutes from I-495 and Rte. 128. NEBC offers proximity to southern New Hampshire and convenient access from Boston. An amenity center in in the process of being constructed and will include a full-service café, fitness center, conference space and outdoor gathering spaces. New England Business Center is home to the River Road interchange major corporations such as Putnam Investments, MKS Instruments, Schneider Electric, Vicor, Philips Medical and Navisite and offers a dynamic corporate setting with a coveted address.
