Boston, MA Blue Moon Capital Partners LP, a leading senior housing private equity investor, has promoted Elyse Hanson to director, investments. Hanson leads the underwriting and due diligence effort at Blue Moon for acquisitions and ground up development. She is a member of the National Investment Center for Senior Housing and Care’s (NIC) Future Leaders Council and an active member of CREW Boston where she currently serves as a co-chair of the rising leaders networking group. 

Blue Moon, co-founded by Kathryn Sweeney and Susan Barlow, is focused exclusively on the senior housing sector.  Through a series of funds and a separate account, Blue Moon invests in development and recapitalization of new, purpose built, innovative senior housing communities in joint venture with leading senior housing developers and operators.
