Angel Commercial handles 11,240 s/f industrial lease to Turtle & Hughes at 165 Pepes Farm Rd.

Milford, CT Jon Angel, president of Angel Commercial, L.L.C., completed the lease of an 11,240 s/f industrial building on 0.7 acres of land at 165 Pepes Farm Rd. to Turtle & Hughes. 

“This is Turtle & Hughes third location in Connecticut,” said Angel who represented both the tenant and the landlord in this transaction. “Less the one-mile to I-95, the building is ideally located for its intended use.”
