ARI doubles capacity with 24,000 s/f lease

Automotive Resources International (ARI) doubled its national capacity for call center technicians by opening a new technical resource center in Grapevine, Texas. In addition to the call center, ARI's new Western Operations Center includes ARI's Southwest Regional Sales Office, client welcome center and seminar facilities. Cranmer represented ARI in the negotiations with a team of brokers from Studley that included corporate managing directors Art Wegfahrt and Timothy Monahan and assistant director Patrick McGrath from the firm's Philadelphia office as well as assistant director Ric Kanatzar from the firm's Dallas office. Tom Dyer and Brian Griggs of GVA Cawley represented the landlord, Poynter Scifres Companies in the 24,000 s/f lease transaction.
