Aron and Brosler of Metrowest Commercial Real Estate arrange $1.65 million sale

Metrowest Commercial Real Estate completed the sale of 21 Beaver Court. Marlene Aron representing the seller, 21 Beaver Court LLC/Joseph Piazza in her third transaction as its exclusive broker. Eric Brosler, representing Alprilla Real Estate Holdings LLC in the sale of the 4 acre multi-building industrial site. The buyer, who operates a large landscaping and salting/snow business will occupy a portion of the site. Framingham Cooperative Bank provided the financing for the $1.65 million sale.
