Atlantic Commercial handles 740 s/f lease
Brookline, MA Atlantic Commercial Real Estate, LLC has completed the leasing of a 740 s/f medical office condo located at 1180 Beacon St, Unit 5D.
David Linehan of Atlantic Commercial Real Estate, LLC represented the tenant Your Options Medical, a pro-life nonprofit ministry providing medical services to women, in the leasing of the property. Your Options Medical chose the location for its strong demographics to better serve their target market.
CRG Commercial represented the landlord.
