Malden, MA Burgess Properties, LLC has brokered the sale of 185 Commercial St. in Malden and 975 Reed Rd. in North Dartmouth for $5.285 million with Greg Cahill of Black Oak Property Advisors. Steve Nohrden of Burgess Properties, and Cahill were the sole brokers.

185 Commercial St. had been formerly leased to SRS Distribution and 975 Reed Rd. is currently leased to SRS. 185 Commercial St. is a premier, last mile area location with access to MBTA Orange Line, Rte. 16, and I-93. The property offered the buyer, Wakefield, MA-based NorthBridge Partners, immediate ability to add value.
