Atlantic Property Management awarded office
management contract for 375/395 Longwood Avenue

Boston, MA Atlantic Property Management, a boutique property management company part of Atlantic Retail, has been selected to manage 375/395 Longwood Avenue, an office property located in Boston’s Longwood Medical and Academic Area. This assignment adds another high-profile office asset to Atlantic’s  portfolio across Greater Boston and New England. 

The two-building complex is situated in one of the city’s most dynamic and institutionally anchored neighborhoods, home to leading hospitals, universities, and research centers. 

“This is a strategic addition to our office portfolio, and we’re honored to be trusted with such a well located, high-performing asset,” said Chad Boulay, national director at Atlantic Property Management. “Our team is focused on delivering institutional-quality service and operational excellence to every property we manage.” 

Atlantic will provide full-service property management, including tenant relations, building operations, and vendor oversight. The contract reflects Atlantic’s growing reputation in the office, industrial, and flex markets throughout New England.
