Atlantic Property Management expands portfolio with three new property management assignments in Mass. and R.I.

Boston, MA Atlantic Property Management, a boutique property management company part of Atlantic Retail, has continued growth across New England with the addition of three new property management assignments: 10 Cabot Street and 80 Optical Drive in Southbridge, MA, and 1275 Park East Drive in Woonsocket, RI.

The new properties span a variety of asset types, showcasing Atlantic’s versatility and operational expertise:

  • 10 Cabot Street, an industrial facility in Southbridge, MA, supports the region’s robust light manufacturing and logistics sector
  • 80 Optical Drive, a well-positioned office/flex property, also in Southbridge, is home to a mix of professional and light industrial users
  • 1275 Park East Drive in Woonsocket, RI, is a modern office/flex property offering adaptable space configurations for office, R&D, and light assembly tenants

“These assignments reflect the trust our clients place in Atlantic to deliver hands-on, responsive, and high-performing property management services,” said Chad Boulay, national director at Atlantic Property Management. “As we expand throughout Southern New England, we remain focused on creating value for owners and tenants alike through strategic oversight, strong vendor relationships, and a deep understanding of each property’s operational needs.”

With these additions, Atlantic Property Management continues to solidify its presence in Massachusetts and Rhode Island, managing a growing portfolio that includes office, industrial, retail, and mixed-use assets.

“We have seen steady growth so far in 2025, and that is all thanks to the efforts of our team in the field,” said Patrick Glynn, COO.
