Woburn, MA Avenue Management LLC has acquired 335 Washington St. for an undisclosed price. The 53,000 s/f retail property is occupied by Staples and Consumer Auto Parts (CAP) with 20,000 s/f available. Located at the interchange of I-93 and I-95 on a 40,000 ADT corridor of office and retail, the property is well suited for retail and business retail uses.
