Avison Young brokers $9.55 million sale of adjoining office buildings in Boston

Boston, MA Avison Young brokered the sale of two adjoining office buildings totaling 34,300 s/f located at 33-41 West St. for $9.55 million. Avison Young principals Brandon Dickason and Jeff Gates represented the buyer, Embrace Boston. The seller was Kendall Capital.
