Baldwin Pearson & Co. facilitates sale
of three mixed-use multifamily properties

West Haven, CT Daniel Shawah of Baldwin Pearson & Co., Inc. has facilitated the sale of three multifamily and mixed-use properties during December 2024 and January 2025. The properties involved in these transactions included 173 Elm St., a brick building with 12 apartments; 635 2nd Ave., a brick property with six apartments; and 625-633 Campbell Ave., a mixed-use property with four apartments and two retail spaces. Each property was sold to a separate entity in individual transactions. Together, these properties encompass 24 units, totaling 21,550 s/f.
The total value of these transactions reached $3.555 million equating to $165 per s/f and $148,125 per unit.
