Stratford, CT Baldwin Pearson & Co., Inc. have closed the sale of 2404 Main St., a single-story, four-unit brick retail plaza. The property sold at its full asking price of $1.275 million in an all-cash transaction.

The transaction was exclusively brokered by Daniel Shawah of Baldwin Pearson & Co., Inc. The property consists of 5,482 s/f of leasable retail space spread across four ground-floor units and features brick masonry construction that complements the historic Main St. commercial district.
