Bridgeport, CT Northeast Private Client Group (NEPCG) has negotiated the sale of Rhodium Portfolio.

Senior vice president investments Brad Balletto represented the seller and procured the buyer for a multifamily investment property.

Rhodium is a 13-building portfolio with 437 units distributed throughout the city. The properties are comprised of a studio and one, two, and three bedroom apartments and are located near Bridgeport Hospital, St. Vincent’s Medical Center, Total Mortgage Arena, Port Jefferson Ferry (with daily service to Long Island), and CT Beardsley Zoo.
