Beal and Gifford of Perry Brokerage represent A.W. Perry in 21,000 s/f in leases

Boston, MA According to Perry Brokerage, a full service commercial brokerage firm serving Boston and the South Shore, they completed leasing activity totaling 21,000 s/f at 20 Winthrop Sq. in the city’s financial district.   

Longfellow Investment Management (LIM) a financial services firm and GEN3 Partners a technical innovations solutions provider, renewed their leases at the property totaling 15,000 s/f and Patrick Engineering, an engineering and construction management firm leased 6,000 s/f.

Rich Beal and Jon Gifford of Perry Brokerage represented the landlord A.W. Perry in these transactions and Kristin Blount and Lauren Vecchione of Colliers represented Patrick Engineering.
