Beal of A.W. Perry signs Irma S. Mann Strategic Marketing, Inc. to 9,953 s/f lease at 420 Boylston St.

According to A.W. Perry, Irma S. Mann Strategic Marketing, Inc. (ISM) signed a lease for 9,953 s/f at the Berkeley at 420 Boylston St. ISM will be relocating from 745 Boylston St. "We are pleased that ISM has chosen the Berkeley for their new office location and we look forward to serving them in the years to come." said Richard Beal, senior vice president of A.W. Perry who negotiated the lease on behalf of A.W. Perry. "We would like to thank Bill Crean of CB Richard Ellis New England who represented ISM in the lease transaction." The Berkeley was completely renovated by A.W. Perry in 1989 and was the first building in Boston to be honored with all three (local, regional and international) of BOMA's "Office Building of the Year" awards. With panoramic views of Back Bay, fantastic historical elements and modernized systems which provide comfort and security to tenants, The Berkeley is a stylish and prestigious building that offers an exciting and inspiring working environment.
