Bergin of Pearce Real Estate leases 7,500 s/f at 396 Bridgeport Avenue

Milford, CT According to Barbara Pearce, CEO and president of Pearce Real Estate, John Bergin has leased 396 Bridgeport Ave.

This is a 5-year lease of 1,216 s/f with the landlord M M Business Solutions LLC who owns this 7,500 s/f, 5-unit retail center and the new tenant – “INKHOUSE 203” a tattoo parlor. Bergin represented both sides of the transaction.
