Charterhouse Development Corporation acquires CVS Pharmacy for $1.875 million

New Bedford, MA Charterhouse Development Corp. has purchased a CVS pharmacy. Located at 2100 Acushnet Ave., the pharmacy was acquired by an entity operated by Charterhouse Development from HRES Acushnet LLC for $1.875 million.  CVS is a nationally recognized pharmacy chain with over 9,000 locations across the United States

“We are thrilled to have acquired this prime, centrally located real estate asset which serves residents of New Bedford and the surrounding communities,” said Meredith Roy, president of Charterhouse Development Corporation.
