Blackey of R.W. Holmes Realty Co., Inc. completes $1.95 million sale 16,000 s/f building

Dean Blackey of R.W. Holmes Realty Co., Inc. completed the sale of 27 Strathmore Rd. Robert Grant and William Balz of Weston purchased the 16,000 s/f office building from 27 Strathmore Associates for $1.95 million. The new owners plan to convert the space, formally occupied by B.J.'s Wholesale club for nearly 20 years, into executive office suites. The Natick Innovation Center, as it will be called will provide a first class office environment for small businesses requiring location and amenities, highway access, and full office support services.
