Blakely of TRB & Assoc. brokers $3.65 million for M Hotels LLC
TRB & Associates has brokered the sale of 90 Worcester Rd. "The Monticello Motel" located on Rte. 9 for $3.65 million. The 63 guest room motel is situated in the heart of the city's Rte. 9 "Golden-Mile" corridor. The site is strategically located on the eastbound side of Rte. 9, diagonally across from the Natick Mall and directly across from Shopper's World and Wal-Mart at the base of Jordan's Furniture and immediately next to DeScenza Diamonds, Tweeter and Bed Bath and Beyond.
Thomas Blakely, CCIM and president of TRB & Assoc. based in Lincoln, Mass., exclusively represented the seller M Hotels LLC in the transaction. Paul Carter of The Carter Group LLC provided consulting services to the buyer who plans to redevelop the site. TRB & Associates and The Carter Group have been appointed as the leasing agents for the new retail development.
