GVA Williams signs 1,705 s/f lease for Dunkin' Donuts at Lincoln Sq.
GVA Williams signed a 1,705 s/f, ten-year lease for Dunkin' Donuts in Lincoln Sq. on Berlin Rd. The store plans to open in July.
According to Stacy Libby, one of the GVA Williams brokers that represented the landlord, "Dunkin' Donuts had a store located in Stop & Shop. The move to the morning commute side of Rte. 372 will provide significant upside for them. It will also generate a lot of traffic for the center."
Lincoln Sq. is a 9,700 s/f retail center that currently contains Sherwin Williams and Cort Furniture.
