Bond selected by Fitchburg State Univ. for $42 million addition/renovation

Bond's building division was selected by Fitchburg State University to construct an addition and renovate the Condike Science Center.
Bond was awarded a $42 million contract to construct a new 54,700 s/f addition that will include biology and chemistry teaching and research laboratories, classrooms, and support functions. In addition they will renovate the exiting building which provides space for physics and geo-physical sciences, classrooms, and faculty offices on the 31-acre campus.
Bond will be working with CBT Architects of Boston on the 98,600 s/f combined addition and renovation which is expected to be completed in January of 2014.
