Sullivan Const. completes 20,500 s/f

Sullivan Construction, Inc. has completed the new Van Sullwood Realty LLC two story, brick veneered, energy efficient 20,500 s/f office building on Ridgewood Rd. The facility, which is being financed by Centrix Bank, will be the new location for U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and is a Silver LEED candidate. Design was provided by Dignard Architectural Services Project manager, Rob Johnstone, LEED AP and site supervisor, Scott Southwick, have worked closely to incorporate energy efficient electrical, plumbing, mechanical and HVAC components in this fully ADA compliant structure. Installation of drought resistant landscaping will complete SCI's second LEED construction project in Bedford. Prior green projects include the LEED Platinum Commercial Interior award-winning Sullivan Const. corporate headquarters on South River Rd., which is the first Commercial Interiors Office Building to be LEED Platinum Certified Building in NH and Mason Elementary School, Mason, N.H. which is a Collaberative for High Performance Schools.(CHPS) certified project.
