The former Pioneer Coverall property located at 96 Southbridge Rd., has been sold by the Harvey R. Goldstein Trust. The details of the sale were not disclosed. The property will serve as the new home for Myriad Engineering, Inc., which offers precision engineering, CNC machining, metal coating and parts assembly services.
