Boston Realty Advisors retained to sell six buildings

175 Highland Avenue - Needham, MA

 

Newton, MA The suburban team of Boston Realty Advisors (BRA) has been retained to bring six buildings by five different owners to the market this Q4 within the Newton, Needham and Watertown markets.

Led by 175 Highland Ave./77 Charles St. in Needham, a 40,000 s/f office building and 21,000 s/f flex building which can be purchased individually or together as a package. Also include are 101 Morse St., a 33,000 SF flex/office building in Watertown, 1170 Walnut, a 5,000 s/f mixed used retail/office building abutting the Newton Highlands T stop. In additon, 50 Hunt St. in Watertown, a 24,000 s/f office building on the Newton/Watertown line and finally, 154 Wells, a 10,500 s/f office building located in the Wells Ave. Office Park. 

BRA’s team of Jeremy Freid, SIOR and Adam Meixner will be leading the Suburban Team with the offerings with assistance from their retail and multifamily capital markets colleagues Jason Weissman, Nick Herz, and Michael D’Hemecourt. The offerings are for sale on an un-priced basis.
