Bowden of the R. Calabrese Agency arranges 6,800 s/f lease to Fairfield Kitchen & Bath
Fairfield, CT Bob Bowden of the R. Calabrese Agency has arranged a lease for 6,800 s/f of retail space in Fairfield, CT. The space leased is located at 750 Kings Hwy. and was formerly occupied by Tile America. The new tenant in the building is Fairfield Kitchen & Bath. The landlord, Bridgestone Retail Operations, operates the adjoining Firestone Complete Auto Care.
Bowden represented both the tenant and the landlord.
