Bowdoin Const. completes 20,000 s/f fitout for Earth Brand’s headquarters
Earth Brands - Waltham, MAWaltham, MA Bowdoin Construction completed the 20,000 s/f fitout of Earth Brand’s headquarters at 41 Seyon St.
The new space, designed by LaFreniere Architects, includes offices with glass walls, open office workstations, a mezzanine with glass railing system, conference rooms, server room, café, copy room, reception area, and bathrooms. Work included the installation of sliding glass doors / walls, new LED lighting, HVAC systems, high-gloss epoxy floors, wood flooring, metal pan stairs, and a Garaventa Vertical Lift.
