Boyle and Perkoski of Chozick Realty completes $610,000 sale

Tom Boyle and Ryan Perkoski of Chozick Realty have completed the sale of 100 Market Sq. for $610,000. 100 Market Sq. contains 8,648 s/f of office space. Located in the Town Center business district of Newington, the property is in a pedestrian friendly commercial area with ground floor retail, restaurants and office use with upper floors within the area being predominantly utilized for professional office space. At the time of sale the property was 100% occupied with 15 tenants. Chozick Realty was the sole broker, with Boyle representing the seller, a long term owner and former occupant and Perkoski representing the buyer, a regional investor. Chozick Realty has offices in Hartford, Conn. and Del Ray Beach Fla.
