Stevens and Baumann of CBRE/The Boulos Co. brokers 1,275 s/f lease

According to CB Ricahrd Ellis/ The Boulos Co., Susan Porter has leased 1,275 s/f of retail space at 87 Market St. from H. H. Sawyer Realty. Porter is a photographer who will be opening an art gallery under the name "The Addison Woolley Gallery" displaying and selling all mediums of art with periodic artist forums and lectures. This transaction was brokered on behalf of the tenant by Nate Stevens and Steve Baumann of CB Richard Ellis/The Boulos Co. Cathy Worth of H. H. Sawyer Realty brokered the lease on behalf of the landlord.
