NAIOP to hold young prof.'s lunch March 13th - Raymond will speak

NAIOP's Developing Leaders presents the second in their lunchtime speaker series, featuring a case study of Westwood Station, a complex project. Come learn more about this smart growth, transit-oriented development and its lessons for other projects, all while networking with other young professionals, ages 35 and younger, in a fun, informal lunch setting on Thursday, March 13th.
Presenting the overview will be Jed Raymond, project manager for Cabot Cabot  Forbes of New England, which is developing Westwood Station. Before joining Cabot Cabot  Forbes, Jed Raymond worked for Raymond Property Co. as a project manager at Turner Hill, a 360-acre golf course, hotel, and a residential development in Ipswich, Mass. Jed graduated with an MA in Real Estate Dev. and Design Studies from the Harvard Graduate School of Design and with a BA of Arts and Sciences from Middlebury College.  Jed is a board member at the First National Bank and the Boston Preservation Alliance, a board chairman of the Charlestown Lacrosse and Learning Center, and a member of ULI Young Leaders, BAYREP, and NAIOP.
Registration and networking will begin at 11:30 a.m., the program will run from 12 - 1 p.m. Cost is $25. per NAIOP member or employee of a NAIOP firm, $35 per non-member; registration is limited to those 35 years or younger. The program will be held at Brown  Rudnick, One Financial Center, in Boston.
