Boyle and Pinto of Chozick Realty broker sale of Hillview Plaza for $11 million

Rocky Hill, CT Tom Boyle and Jordan Pinto of Chozick Realty Inc. have completed the marketing and sale of Hillview Plaza and Hillview Plaza North located at 377-397 Cromwell Ave., also known as Rte. 3.

The shopping center, spanning 33,799 s/f, was sold for a noteworthy $11 million or $325.45 per s/f. The five-mile radius population of just under 136,000 individuals with an average income of $103,382 has supported this center to remain in high demand with high occupancy since built in 1990.

Tenants within the shopping center include establishments such as Webster Bank, Salute Restaurant, Dunkin Donuts, and 11 other long-established retail businesses. The tenant mix contributes to the attractiveness of Hillview Plaza as a commercial hub with a stable tenant base.

Boyle and Pinto were the sole brokers in this transaction, representing the seller as well as procuring the buyer, a regional owner of commercial real estate.
