Springfield, MA Michael Bradley of Horvath & Tremblay has arranged the sale Mill & Fort Pleasant, a three-property, 57-unit multi-family portfolio. Horvath & Tremblay exclusively represented the seller and procured the buyer to complete the transaction at a sale price of $5 million. 

Mill & Fort Pleasant consists of three multi-family investment properties located at 64-74 Mill St. and 51 and 59 Fort Pleasant Ave. The portfolio consists of 29 two-bedroom/one-bathroom units, 20 one-bedroom/one-bathroom units, and eight studio units with 44,182 s/f of living area in 55,114 s/f of total gross area on a combined 0.61 acres.

Mill & Fort Pleasant is located south of downtown, between the South End and Forest Hills neighborhoods. 51 and 59 Fort Pleasant Ave. are adjacent properties and are a short walk to 64-74 Mill St. The location offers access to downtown amenities, including shopping, dining, entertainment, and employment opportunities. High profile attractions include the MGM Casino and the MassMutual Center, three hospitals, and several area colleges/universities. Municipal bus service is available in front of the properties, and the city’s Union Station is 1.5 miles away, offering Amtrak, Greyhound, Peter Pan and PVTA bus routes, as well as commuter rail service on the CTRail Hartford Line along the 62-mile Springfield – New Haven Corridor.
