Burgess Properties Inc. leases 203,000 s/f at Clock Tower Business Center to Kettle Cuisine

Burgess Properties Inc. has brokered one of the largest industrial deals in Greater Boston this year. Kettle Cuisine has signed a 15-year lease for 203,000 s/f of manufacturing, warehouse and distribution space at the Clock Tower Business Center on the Lynnway. Currently based in Chelsea, Kettle Cuisine will be relocating its entire operation to Clock Tower Business Center by early 2014. In 2012, Kettle Cuisine entered into a partnership with the Arlon Food and Agriculture Investment Program (Arlon Capital Partners). Through this partnership, Kettle will be expanding its markets while maintaining its core food and business philosophies. The new facility will provide both the capacity and readily available labor pool to meet those growth goals. Phillip Burgess, president of Burgess Props. was the sole broker.
