Sorrentino of Century 21 Franklin St. brokers $438,000 sale
Mike Sorrentino of Century 21 Franklin St. completed the sale of three four family units on one parcel at 110-118 Lincoln St. Chris Connell was the seller. Sorrentino represented the seller and Deane Christopolis of Evergreen Buyer Brokers represented the buyer TJLR Onota LLC. The sale price of $438,000 represented a 13.2% cap rate and a price of $36,500 per unit.
