Burn Boot Camp opens 5,000 s/f at Capital Group’s Sharon Marketplace

Sharon, MA According to Capital Group Properties, Burn Boot Camp opened at the Sharon Marketplace, a 103,000 s/f Shaw’s grocery-anchored retail center that underwent exterior renovations located at 700 South Main St. The new 5,000 s/f Burn Boot Camp location had a grand opening and now is welcoming new members.

Capital Group Properties acquired the Sharon Marketplace property in August 2018. Extensive exterior renovations were completed in 2019 to enhance the retail experience with a new roof, facade, landscaping, pylon and building signage, and lighting. The revitalized shopping center is now 100% leased with a variety of tenants. The revitalized shopping center is now 100% leased with a variety of tenants,  including Shaw’s Grocery Store, Liquor World, Dunkin’, Citizens Bank, KinderCare Childcare Services, TT Nail Salon, Kumon Learning Center, Marathon Physical Therapy and Burn Boot Camp.

Sharon Marketplace is a community-based shopping center that fills a void in the marketplace for a “one stop shop” for the surrounding towns. Its location at the I-95 / South Main St. interchange draws shoppers seeking a variety of offerings and services, from grocery and fitness to medical, childcare, educational service providers and more.
