Campanelli Construction renovating of new High Point Hospital

Campanelli Construction has started renovation of the new 63,000 s/f High Point Hospital The vacant former Cranberry Specialty Hospital will be converted into a 72-bed psychiatric hospital.

We are confident this building will become an asset to the community by transforming a neglected building, changing the lives of those receiving treatment, and creating jobs," said Jeff DeMarco, partner & president of Campanelli Construction.The project tion is expected to be completed by early summer 2015.
"Our plan is to renovate a property that has been neglected, vandalized and currently provides no economic value to the Middleborough community. We will add jobs, offer life-changing treatments, and become an active member of the community by providing mental health and substance abuse prevention, education, and treatment services. We welcome the opportunity to work with the town and other organizations to make Middleborough a safer and healthier place to live," said High Point president & CEO Daniel Mumbauer.
Currently, High Point operates inpatient and outpatient programs in Plymouth, Brockton, New Bedford and Taunton. The new location will allow High Point to expand from 16 beds in Plymouth, Massachusetts to 72 beds. Jobs will be created for a staff of 200, consisting of physicians, nurses, clinicians, maintenance staff, mental health workers, housekeepers, dietary, and administrative staff.
