Worcester, MA Capstone Apartment Partners arranged the $28.8 million sale of SkyMark Tower, a 206-unit apartment building.
Built in 1991, the 24-story tower consists of one and two-bedroom apartments, and was 98% leased at the time of sale.
Amenities include monitored garage parking, patrolled grounds and 24-hour security surveillance, as well as a business center and modern fitness center.
Stasiu Geleszinski, Austin Green and A.J. Klenk of Capstone represented the seller, VTT Management. The buyer was California-based investor, Benedict Canyon Equities.
