CB Richard Ellis's Ripp arranges 30,000 s/f lease for InfoMedics

CB Richard Ellis has arranged the five-year lease of 30,000 s/f of office space at 55 Walkers Brook Dr. on behalf of the tenant, InfoMedics. DTZ FHO Partners represented the landlord, Nordic Properties. "We were attracted to the building's recent renovations and the unique possibilities the layout and expansion of the property offers," said Gene Guselli, co-founder, president, and CEO of InfoMedics. "The location provides great visibility in the Rte. 128 market." InfoMedics, previously located at 12 Gill St. in Woburn, is a pharmaceutical services company specializing in providing physicians with patient feedback. "The five-year lease agreement is a perfect fit for our client, InfoMedics, because of the convenience of employee commuting off of Rte. 128 and within close proximity to the Rte. 93 corridor," said Mike Ripp, executive VP/partner at CB Richard Ellis. Situated on 14 acres, the property consists of three buildings totaling 185,000 s/f. Other tenants include Keurig Inc. and Sentinel Benefits Group. Ripp represented InfoMedics in the deal, while Brian Hines of DTZ FHO represented the landlord.
