Daniels and Lawrence of CMG represent Tranwestern in 8 leases

Senior vice president Matthew Daniels and assistant vice president Christopher Lawrence of Colliers Meredith & Grew (CMG) have represented landlord, Transwestern Investment Co., in eight leases totaling 108,147 s/f at Brickstone Sq. Unicare renewed its 57,649 s/f lease and was represented by vice president Flory McCarthy of Jones Lang LaSalle. Devine, Millimet & Branch expanded by 4,151 s/f and now occupies 17,496 s/f. Helium, Inc. expanded by 4,411 s/f and moved to a new 9,182 s/f location in the park. Constitution Capital executed a new lease for 7,340 s/f and was represented by vice president Gian Starita of Lincoln Property Co. Capsule Technologie signed a new lease for 5,592 s/f and was represented by managing director Mark Cote of T3 Realty Advisors, LLC. Spirit Foodservice Products, Inc. renewed its 4,555 s/f lease. Standard Capital Corp. executed a new 3,873 s/f lease. OneVision Software AG renewed its 2,460 s/f lease.
