CBL & Assoc. celebrated opening of Milford Market lifestyle center

CBL & Associates Properties, Inc. celebrated the grand opening of Milford Marketplace, a 112,000 s/f lifestyle center. Milford Marketplace features Ann Taylor LOFT, Banana Republic, Coldwater Creek, Chico's, White House | Black Market, J. Jill, Jos A. Bank, Justice, Blue Tulip, Tengda Asian Bistro, Floris Nail & Spa, First Steps, Skewer Churrascaria, and People's Bank. CBL's lifestyle center is 85% leased and committed. "We are excited to celebrate the grand opening of Milford Marketplace, a premier lifestyle center," said Mark Mancuso, senior vice president of development, CBL & Assoc. EMJ Corp. of Chattanooga, TN, served as the general contractor.
